On the Pacific side, we are starting to see a good amount of wild-caught Sockeye Salmon from Copper River, Alaska.  These are the real deal! Beautiful deep red color and that amazing flavor only wild salmon can provide.  The Sockeye is available h&g and as hand-cut fillets.

Local fishing has opened up on the Florida Atlantic side.  This week we’re bringing in rod and reel caught fish from the boat “No Limit”.  They were rod and reel fishing and caught their limit of mutton snapper and more!

Wild, sustainably caught Humpback shrimp are a local legend in Prince Rupert. Extremely exclusive artisinal fishery – one of a few in the world. These premium shrimp tails caught on small boats and packed in sea water and are wonderful. Lightly sweet and earthy when raw, their sweetness is pronounced when cooked.
