There’ve been improved supplies on many mainstream vegetables like lettuce, romaine, and broccoli, with the exception of cauliflower which remains in short supply. The red pepper market remains extremely tight with no relief in sight. Cantaloupes and honeydews are also in high demand with limited supply. Green beans, corn, green peppers, and tomatoes are in very short supply and seeing significant price increases due to harvest gaps and quality issues.
