Instead, you can call/text the WOW Center 24/7 at 502-587-9012 or by email at wow@whatchefswant.com and one of our team members can assist you or point you in the direction of your region’s Customer Advocate.

Once your order has been sent through, you cannot make a change. However, we can! Simply call/text the WOW Center with your changes at 502-587-9012. As long as we receive the call before your order cut-off time, we can make the changes for you.

While we check every case of product that leaves our building, we know things can sometimes get missed. If you have a product you need to return for any reason, please give the WOW Center a call/text at 502-587-9012 and our WOW Center team will get you taken care of in a timely manner.
