What time will my delivery arrive?

How can I find out who my sales rep is?

At What Chefs Want, we’ve changed the rules. You won’t have a commissioned sales rep assigned to you. Instead, you can call/text the WOW Center 24/7 at 502-587-9012 or by email at wow@whatchefswant.com and one of our team members can assist you or point you in the direction of your region’s Customer Advocate.

How can I retrieve my online login information?

Please give the WOW Center a call/text 24/7 at 502-587-9012 and one of our team members can retrieve that information for you.  You can also email us at wow@whatchefswant.com

How do I set up an account?

Please fill out the “Become a Customer” form on the contact page. We will have a Customer Advocate in your region contact you to set up your account.

How can I add or remove items from an order I have placed?

Once your order has been sent through, you cannot make a change. However, we can! Simply call/text the WOW Center with your changes at 502-587-9012. As long as we receive the call before your order cut-off time, we can make the changes for you.

How can I be sent a price list and/or an order guide?

The WOW Center can help with that. Simply give us a call/text at 502-587-9012.

What time is my order cut off?

Louisville, KY – Midnight, EST

Lexington, KY – Midnight EST.

Nashville, TN – 11:00 CST.

Suburban Nashville, TN – 7:00 CST

Cincinnati, OH – 11:00 PM EST

Dayton, OH – 10:00 PM EST

Columbus, OH – 10:00 PM EST.

Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY – 9:00 PM EST.

Bowling Green, KY – 7:00 PM CST.

Do you sell to the public?

Unfortunately, we do not. We only sell to our restaurant and foodservice partners. You can visit our Ecommerce site, feedtheparty.com, to place an order that will deliver right to your door.

I have a problem with an item delivered. How do I get a credit?

While we check every case of product that leaves our building, we know things can sometimes get missed. If you have a product you need to return for any reason, please give the WOW Center a call/text at 502-587-9012 and our WOW Center team will get you taken care of in a timely manner.

When are you closed?

We are closed THREE days per year.

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
