The sweet version rustic salami is seasoned with garlic, toasted coriander, cinnamon, chili flake, nutmeg, cayenne and turbinado sugar. Every salami is made using Trapini fine sea salt from Italy. Each piece is hand-tied and stuffed in a natural casing.
