Bluegrass Soy Sauce is micro-brewed in small batches using only whole Kentucky grown Non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and the purest limestone filtered Kentucky spring water. We ferment and age the soybean mash in re-purposed bourbon barrels. It’s smoky and brothy with hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon. Bluegrass Soy Sauce was featured on Bizarre Foods America, America’s Heartland, and How It’s Made. Read about Bluegrass Soy Sauce in The New York Times, Southern Living, Garden and Gun and Food and Dining.
Greenhead Lobster is a family owned company. We buy from a fleet of 140 independent fishermen and women who haul in their catch daily in the Penobscot Bay, an area renowned for high quality, sweet Maine lobsters. Our island community is rooted in the lobster industry, it’s a beautiful way of life from the boats in the harbor to the local coffee shop chatter every morning. There’s one bridge connecting our chain of 3 islands to the main land and annually it sees more pounds of lobsters in transit in comparison to the landing reports for any other region of the state.
Our lobster products are processed entirely at our own processing facility located in Bucksport, Maine which is about 45 minutes inland from our docks. We’re the only family owned company with our own processing facility which helps us keep our products up to our high standards, so we can supply you with the best quality product consistently. We know where our product comes from and we see it through every step of the process so you can be sure the product you’re shipping to your customers is proudly up to the Greenhead name.
