___

Wet weather out west is causing tighter supply and pushing prices up on lettuces, broccoli, cauliflower, and Italian parsley. Green grapes are very tight while red grapes are steadier but getting more expensive. Citrus supply is generally good, but smaller sizes remain tight and higher priced. Tomatoes—especially large rounds—are extremely tight, expensive, and facing quality challenges, though Roma, grape, and cherry varieties are more available. Apples and pears are tightening in some varieties, mushrooms continue to show quality issues, and potatoes, onions, and carrots are being impacted by higher freight and shifting harvest regions.
