Tomatoes: Remain high

Most of our tomato stock is now coming from Mexico. This is the only region harvesting from new fields with best quality.  The downside to this is the transit time and the lighter colors that are required to survive the transit.

Our current stock of 6×6 25# and 5×6 and larger and not dark red in color.  These varieties are pinkish to light red.

Currently, our two-layer tomatoes are light red to red in color. These current conditions will last for several weeks and darker red tomatoes will be an industry wide challenge.
