Cutoff time is Noon Eastern each weekday
(11am Central, 10am Mountain)
Order By Cutoff -> For Delivery
Order by Monday Noon -> for Wednesday delivery
Tues -> Thursday
Wed -> Friday
Thurs -> Saturday
Fri -> Sunday (for regions with Sunday delivery)
(orders after Friday Noon deliver Wednesday)
